All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Euro-Asia Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd.
Full payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing and will take effect from the date they are received by Euro-Asia Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd.
Refunds for cancellations are as follows:
- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus any transaction fees.
- 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
- Changes to Services
Euro-Asia Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to make changes or cancellations to the services offered at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Liability
Euro-Asia Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Service.
- Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
- Privacy
Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Service and informs users of our data collection practices.
