- day 01Arrival at Varanasi!!!
Arrive at Varanasi, Welcome to India!! You will be met by our representative at the airport.
In the evening witness the spectacular Ganga Aarti on the Bank of Ganges and get amazed with the rituals of lams and holy chants.
Overnight at Hotel in Varanasi
- day 02Varanasi
Early morning enjoy a boat ride on the Holy River Ganges with picturesque view of sunrise and the city come alive.
Back to hotel for breakfast.
After breakfast visit Sarnath, 10 Kms from Varanasi where Buddha preached his first sermon to five disciples at the Deer Park here, enshrining the principals of his teaching into laws. The Dhamek Stupa marks the location of a once resplendent monastery. A large complex of ruined monasteries covers the area north of the stupas. Some of the buildings belong to the Kushan and Gupta period.
In the evening visit the Jyotirlinga Vishanatha Temple.

- day 03Varanasi – Bodhgaya (By surface, 250 Kms 6 Hrs)
After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Bodhgaya. On arrival check in to hotel and take some rest.
Evening, visit Mahabodhi Temple – This beautiful temple built by Ashoka the Great in 3rd Century BC.

- day 04BODHGAYA
After breakfast visit Bodhi tree: This sacred tree is about 300 years old. Under this tree Shakyamuni becomes Lord Buddha. One can sit under the tree and can do the meditation. Sujata House: 2KM west of Bodhgaya, near the Phalgu River is a temple dedicated to an Uruvela tribeswoman who offered food the starving Siddhartha. The 80th Feet Buddha Statue. The unveiling and consecration of the Great Buddha Statue took place on November 18, 1989. The consecration ceremony was graced with the presence of his holiness the XIVth Dalai Lama, who blessed the 25-meter statue, the first great Buddha ever built in the history of India. The Statue is now symbol of the holy place Bodhgaya, next to Mahabodhi Temple which is a World Heritage site, and enjoys constant visits of pilgrims from all over the world. Among local people, it is nicknamed “the 80-foot (25-meter) Buddha Statue.

- day 05Bodhgaya – Vaishali – Kushinagar (By Surface 375 Kms 8-9 Hrs)
Drive to Vaishali. Vaishali is a great Buddhist pilgrimage. It is said that the Buddha visited this place thrice and spent quite a long time here. The Buddha also delivered his last sermon at Vaishali and announced his Nirvana here. On arrival visit Vaishali Stupa and Pillar.
After sightseeing Vaishali drive to Kushinagar. On arrival check in at hotel.

- day 06Kushinagar
After breakfast visit Maha Parinirwana Temple – The Parinirvana Stupa or Mahaparinirvana Temple is a Buddhist temple in Kushinagar, India which is said to be the place of death of Gautama Buddha, the founder of Buddhism. Rambhar Stupa -Ramabhar Stupa holds a great religious significance to Buddhists all over the world as it is said that this is the exact spot where Lord Buddha was cremated and got Mahaparinirvana after his death in 483 BC.
Back to hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel.
- day 07Kushinagar – Lumbini drop (175 Kms / 4 Hrs)
After breakfast check out from the hotel drive to Lumbini. While going to Lumbini, stop at India/Nepal border for Visa/Immigration formalities.
On arrival at Lumbini drop at your pre booked hotel. Afternoon exploration of Lumbini (Mayadevi Temple, Ashoka Pillar and Surrounding Monasteries.)
- day 08Lumbini to Pokhara
On Day 08, the itinerary involves traveling by road from Lumbini to Pokhara, allowing for a scenic journey through the picturesque landscapes of Nepal. Upon arrival in Pokhara, travelers have a day free to explore the city at their leisure. The overnight stay is arranged at a hotel located at Lakeside, providing a tranquil setting by the shores of Phewa Lake.
